    Scheduled an appointment for a viewing, the agent never showed up. The only phone number I could find for them was useless, it's only good for scheduling appointments that they don't show up to. There is no way to speak with a person. Got an email the next day stating "Unfortunately, I cannot show (address) on (previous date)." and something along the lines of "You can reschedule online. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions". No apology, no reason, and no reply to further emails. Why on earth would I reschedule to be stood up again? I got multiple automated emails and texts and no one ever replied to my complaint. Wouldn't be at all surprised if this was a scam to get people's personal information, since you have to fill out an application just to schedule a viewing. Do not give them your info and waste your time. Update: Ironically 20 minutes after posting this review I received a call from the company asking me to explain what happened. Ada Winter politely offered to refund my application fee if I adjusted this review to be more positive. Not sure how I could do that since I haven't had a positive experience. I believe I deserve a refund due to their poor business practices regardless of this fair and truthful review. Maybe my wasted money will prevent others from wasting their own money. I later received a second call from someone else with Landmark stating that the reason the appointment was not upheld was because the property was already rented. How it took over three weeks and a poor review for them to tell me this I have no idea. When I asked this person for a refund she directed me back to Ada. Unfortunately I cannot find this business on the Better Business Bureau website.
